Ashleigh Madison

Ashleigh Madison has served as Executive Director of IncubatorWorks since 2022, after joining the organization in 2016 in a variety of leadership roles. Throughout her tenure, she has been instrumental in expanding IncubatorWorks’ reach and deepening its impact across New York’s Southern Tier. Under her leadership, the organization has doubled in size and tripled the number of programs offered, with a particular emphasis on serving rural communities. Ashleigh is known for her collaborative approach, working across county lines and in partnership with other community-focused organizations to foster entrepreneurship and economic growth in historically underserved areas. In addition to her work at IncubatorWorks, Ashleigh actively serves on several local boards. She is a graduate of Mansfield University.
