Filomena Jack

Filomena joined as Program Director in December 2025, bringing a strong commitment to entrepreneurship and community engagement. She mentors program students and collaborates with local business and nonprofit leaders.

Her career began in education and curriculum development at Goldman Sachs in NYC, where she designed innovative learning programs for emerging professionals. There, she discovered her passion for empowering students to tackle challenges with creativity and critical thinking.

Entrepreneurship has been a constant in Filomena’s life, influenced by her family’s successful businesses. Her role at IncubatorWorks aligns perfectly with her entrepreneurial background and passion for fostering community connections.

In addition, Filomena is a muralist and window painter, with her work visible throughout Elmira and the surrounding region.
